Honeycomb Blinds FAQ's

Blind has been working properly and now it is stopping short of the end
  1. The blind is designed to run the full length in one go, the memory of the limits is set that way. If you open the blind and then stop it halfway (which is perfectly fine to do so) but then continue it in the same direction to close it fully, each time this happens the blind will stop short of its end limit and that distance will grow each time.  If you do stop the blind you must ensure that you always take the blind back to the stacked position before closing it fully again.

How to rectify this problem

Adjusting the limits

  1. With the blind powered bring the blind to the most closed position you can
  2. On the remote press UP & DOWN at the same time until the blind jogs once (1 jog= forwards and backwards motion)
  3. Press the DOWN button until the travelling bar hits the fixed rail
  4. Once the travelling bar has fully closed allow an additional 5 seconds of run on time
  5. Press and hold the MY button for 1 jog (1 jog = forwards and backwards motion)
  6. The new limit is now set.
How do I pair the remote if it is not paired?
  1. If you have 2 or more blinds ie you are using a multichannel remote, select the channel you wish to assign the blind to (if you only have one blind and a single channel remote please ignore this step).
  2. On the remote press "UP & DOWN" together at the same time, and the blind will jog once(1 jog= 1 forward + 1 backward motion).
  3. Press briefly on the small red reset button on the reverse of the remote, and the blind will jog once
  4. The blind has now been paired to that channel/remote
  5. Follow the same steps if you have multiple blinds on the same remote or individual channels.
