Ordered blinds for the loft windows. Arrived on time nicely packaged. Fitted well. Good quality. There was a small cut to the fabric. Contacted customer service and they advice to replace if it tears as it comes with 5yr warranty.

Was looking for a skylight blind with no wires! The skylight is 2x3m and this fits the bill. Great winter thermal insulation (yet to have a summer). Have it operating via Alexa so no need for wall mounted or remote control to find. Staff were very helpful.

I moved in to a house with a Velux loft window, which didn't have a blind. I ordered an insulating one off of here, with the given windows specification name, and got exactly what I wanted- it fit perfectly, has definitely kept the heat up in winter and blocks all light out if I need it to. Very happy with it. It's hard to trust testimonials nowadays because of astroturfing, so I'm always skeptical when buying stuff online. The site could probably do with updating-- it doesn't exactly inspire trust-- but they ultimately came through.

Bought two and one developed a fault after about one month. Emailed customer services with details and pictures - got a speedy response to the email and a replacement was shipped within a couple of days.

We have 2 small skylights in a spare bedroom, both have internal blinds. Having recently spent a night in that room, I realised they still let quite a lot of light through. I ordered a set of blackout blinds, came within a week. The pair of them were installed within 10 minutes, 4 screws per blind. Work well, room is now nice and dark.

Great product. Service was very good, we were told three weeks delivery and blind arrived within two. Measuring processing easy to follow and blind fits like the proverbial glove. All in all a very smooth process, from initial enquiry to self fitting. Would recommend to friends and family.

i ordered my Lantern OpenView back in August, i spoke to Steve who was very helpful in advising me which blind would be suitable and i am very happy with my purchase, although i do not agree that a fairly large blind is a diy job and should have the option for a fitter to measure and fit if required by the customer. i experienced wrong measurements on my part, thankfully Naiomi was so helpful and resolved the problem efficiently a special thanks to the fitter and thank you Steve and Naiomi for your help and support.

Excellent blind. Does just what we wanted. It keeps the heat in whilst still being light during the day. Skylight blinds were great. Really helpful and the instructions to build it were really clear.

Very good quality velux blinds and easy installation

Very pleased with the quality and the design of the blinds. Their installation and operating much simpler and superior to that offered by Velux and similar companies.

Excellent service all round. Not only did Skylightblinds identify my old skylight from the photo I emailed (it had lost its identity sticker) but the blackout blind supplied was of very good quality and easy to fit. The price was cheaper than I expected. Would definitely use them again.

Thanks to Skylight blinds proving all the information we needed to find the make of the skylight window in our new home we were able to order a skylight blind to fit our window perfectly. It arrived well packaged, in perfect condition and was fairly straightforward to install. Now in place we can sleep better and are no longer disturbed by a bright moon or sunrise. The blind has full or partial window coverage.

Really happy with the blinds, it was slightly tricky to install them, however once up they look amazing and block out the light perfectly! Would absolultely recommend these, and I will be buying from you again! Also, very efficient and timely delivery!
