The Challenge
Although Mr Scutt had recently had the extension built, he did not consider roof blinds at the time and thus didn't provide power sockets in the ceiling for the blinds Mr Scutt also loves a bit of technology so wanted to have the blinds operated by Alexa.
The Solution
The Honeycomb Openview Electric blinds were a great choice as they come with an option to have them as battery solar powered. They can just be charged once a year and then then they get topped up with the solar panel which comes with the blind. Their slim design makes them ideal for small windows like his.
Mr Scutt opted for the blackout white honeycomb fabric which is not only blackout but thermal too with a foil lining.
